I have an iBook G4 (powerpc G4 - 1.2, 1.33Ghz, 256 Mo RAM, 60Go HD, Safari v123 - v125.9, Mac OS X 10.3.5). I just want to do very basic internet browsing (infos/news web sites, online purchases on famous retailer web sites, travel tickets purchase, etc.). The laptop has never been connected to the internet until 2 days ago!!! Quite a few people still have Power Mac G5s kicking around, and quite a few people have iMac G3s around as well. That's our guess of what still has the most ground in the PowerPC World. The PPC Archive team ourselves has a variety of machines, ranging from iMac G3s, Blue and Whites, iBooks, PowerBooks, and G5 systems!

What is iBook G4 Mac OS X 10.4.4? This is the iBook G4 Mac OS X 10.4.4 install disks for any iBook G4 model, but particularly this is what was shipped with the last iBook G4 model from early 2006. Any iBook G4 can install using this as the first one in late 2003 came with Mac OS X 10.3 and stopped support at Mac OS X 10.4.11 while the latest iBook G4 came with Mac OS X 10.4.2 and stopped at Mac OS X 10.5.8, so ultimately, all iBook G4 models were upgraded to Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger at some point.
